Defend your planet from relentless alien invaders in Space Attack for the Atari 2600, also known in some regions as a clone of Space Invaders. Control your laser cannon at the bottom of the screen, moving horizontally to dodge enemy fire while shooting down rows of descending alien creatures. Utilize protective shields for temporary cover, but watch out as they get worn down by enemy blasts. This classic fixed shooter offers simple yet addictive gameplay, capturing the essence of the iconic arcade original and providing a challenging test of reflexes for Atari players.
