This service is for any original DualShock 4 PS4 Controller. This listing is for the pair of joysticks, not just one of them. 

You may opt to just replace the internal joystick mechanism, just the plastic stick caps, or both. These are replaced with brand new replicas. Stick cap color may not match the original stick caps on your controller- in most cases, the stick cap will be black. 

If you are choosing to replace the internal joystick, we offer 3 different types:

Standard Joystick:
A reliable, responsive option with a familiar feel. Perfect for those who want a traditional gaming experience.

Hall Effect Joystick:
Uses magnetic sensors for smoother control and greater precision. It’s more durable, offering a longer lifespan with less wear over time.

TMR Joystick:
Provides enhanced precision, longer durability, and power savings, making it an excellent choice for gamers seeking improved performance and efficiency.

We aim to finish all services within 5-7 business days of us receiving your items. During busy times for us, you might expect it to take up to 2 weeks for completion. Transit times not included.

In your package, please include a piece of paper with your order number. This should be in your order confirmation email. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CABLES/ACCESSORIES/ETC. We just need the system/controller.

If you are ordering other services from us, you are welcome to ship them in the same package to us. If you order other items in the same checkout as a repair service, those items will not ship until the service(s) are complete.

Repair Terms & Disclaimers:

We do a basic functionality check before service. If your item doesn't power on or perform its core function, we won't proceed—unless the service is meant to fix that issue.

If we find minor problems, we'll contact you. No reply within 24 hours? We'll move forward with the original service at our discretion.

For any system or controller that we do not proceed with service on, we will issue a full refund minus a $10 bench fee. Please test your items before sending them to avoid this.

After service, we re-test functionality. If anything we touched isn't working, we'll fix it.

All services come with a 100-day warranty on the parts and work we did. Damage, wear, or unrelated issues aren't covered.
