This service is for the original Nintendo 64 controller only. Any region controller will work fine for this.

We'll replace the original joystick with a brand-new replica, and you can choose between two upgrade options: GameCube-style or Hall Effect.

The GameCube-style stick offers a smoother, modern feel reminiscent of the GameCube controller. The Hall Effect stick stays truer to the original N64 experience while providing improved precision and a significantly longer lifespan.

We aim to finish all services within 5-7 business days of us receiving your items. During busy times for us, you might expect it to take up to 2 weeks for completion. Transit times not included.

In your package, please include a piece of paper with your order number. This should be in your order confirmation email. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CABLES/ACCESSORIES/ETC. We just need the system/controller.

If you are ordering other services from us, you are welcome to ship them in the same package to us. If you order other items in the same checkout as a repair service, those items will not ship until the service(s) are complete.

Repair Terms & Disclaimers:

We do a basic functionality check before service. If your item doesn't power on or perform its core function, we won't proceed—unless the service is meant to fix that issue.

If we find minor problems, we'll contact you. No reply within 24 hours? We'll move forward with the original service at our discretion.

For any system or controller that we do not proceed with service on, we will issue a full refund minus a $10 bench fee. Please test your items before sending them to avoid this.

After service, we re-test functionality. If anything we touched isn't working, we'll fix it.

All services come with a 100-day warranty on the parts and work we did. Damage, wear, or unrelated issues aren't covered.
