Condition Requirements

Unless noted otherwise, all quotes assume your games are in good+ cosmetic condition and fully functional. Here are some guidelines on what is considered acceptable for good+ condition.

❌ Unacceptable Conditions

Discs with label-side damage If the silver of the disc is visible, it is considered damaged.
Disc Rot Discs where holding them up to light reveals pinholes of missing data.
Water-Damaged Art If the art of the game has moderate to severe water damage, it will be devalued.
Severe Sun Damage Artwork or boxes that have been heavily faded by the sun.
Reproductions/Fakes Only authentic copies of games will be accepted.
Reprinted Art If a game case has reprinted or fake art, the game will be valued as "Game Only". Fake or reprinted art directly on a cartridge or disc will not be accepted.
Excessively Grimy/Dirty Games
  • Mold
  • Excessive dirt/grime
  • Clogged ports/cartridge slots
  • Deep corrosion
  • Stuck/broken buttons/switches
Broken/Cracked Games Part of the physical game is missing or cracked.

✅ Acceptable Conditions

Stickers Whether there are stickers on the game art, case, etc., we accept it!
Light Scratches Light to moderate scratches on the bottom of the disc are okay.
Normal Wear Light dirt or dust is acceptable.
Minor Manual Wear Small dog-ears or light creases on instruction manuals.
Dead Save Batteries Older cartridge games with dead save batteries (dry, non-corroded) are acceptable.

  • Free Shipping Policy: To qualify for free trade-in shipping, the total store credit offer must be $100+.
  • Quote Adjustments: Quotes given via email are estimates. We reserve the right to adjust the final payout if the condition of the items received differs significantly from the photos provided.
