We will replace the joystick assembly with a brand new replica. This is the complete joystick mechanism, which includes both the internal stick, and the stick cap.

We do a basic functionality check before service. If your item doesn't power on or perform its core function, we won't proceed—unless the service is meant to fix that issue.

If we find minor problems, we'll contact you. No reply within 24 hours? We'll move forward with the original service at our discretion.

For any system or controller that we do not proceed with service on, we will issue a full refund minus a $10 bench fee. Please test your items before sending them to avoid this.
