This warranty is to be purchased and applied to used consoles. Warranty may only be used for defective components in a console and may not be claimed for damage caused by the user by unreasonable force or usage. Serial Number must be in tact for valid warranty claim.

Unless otherwise stated, this warranty is not valid for cash refund. If you make a claim with this warranty, we will exchange or repair your console at our expense. If we are not able to do either of these, we will reimburse you for the original cost of the console in the form of a store gift card.

All products are final sale unless otherwise noted below.

Pre-owned games and home video products include a 100-Day Warranty against defects.
Pre-owned consoles and accessories include a 30-Day Warranty against defects.

If you experience any issues, contact us at support@retroislandny.com — we’ll work to troubleshoot, repair, or exchange your item. If none of those options are possible, store credit will be issued.

Returns for reasons other than defectiveness are only accepted within 10 days of purchase. No cash refunds under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is for any reason other than a defect.
