If your disc has scratches on the bottom, we might be able to fix it! This is a service, not a promise- there is no guarantee that resurfacing a disc will fix it, but we will do our best, and most times, it works!

If your disc has damage on the top, this repair service will not help. 

After purchasing, please package your disc(s) and a piece of paper with your name and return address safely in the mail to:

If your item isn't working like it should, email support@retroislandny.com! We will happily troubleshoot, repair, or exchange the item for you. If those aren't possible, you will receive store credit.

Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns for buyer's remorse. If an item is sent back under a warranty claim but our team tests it and finds it to be fully functional, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item returned to you.
