Roll out and wreak havoc in Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense for the Playstation. This vehicular combat sequel takes the action to the 1970s with a time-traveling plot. Choose from a roster of groovy characters and their heavily armed vehicles, which can now be upgraded with "propulsion mechanisms" to hover, ski, or drive on water. The game features destructible environments, a "Quest Mode" for each character, and an arsenal of special weapons. With its funk-inspired soundtrack, multiplayer support, and "Salvage Points" system for upgrading stats, it is a fun and stylish car combat game.
