PLEASE READ:

If you're ordering chips along with bulky or heavy items like video game systems or hardcover books, they might get squished in transit. To keep your snacks crispy, consider placing separate orders. We do our best with packaging, but we can't promise chip perfection when shipped with big stuff.

Warranty & Returns

All sales are final, but your play experience is guaranteed. We protect our customers against technical defects with the following coverage:

  • Pre-owned Games & Media: 100-Day Warranty
  • Pre-owned Consoles & Accessories: 100-Day Warranty

If your item isn't working like it should, email support@retroislandny.com! We will happily troubleshoot, repair, or exchange the item for you. If those aren't possible, you will receive store credit.

Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns for buyer's remorse. If an item is sent back under a warranty claim but our team tests it and finds it to be fully functional, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item returned to you.
