Ice Climber [5 Screw] - NES

Scale icy peaks and smash through obstacles in Ice Climber for the NES. You control Popo (and Nana in two-player co-op), a parka-clad mountaineer armed with a wooden mallet. Your goal is to ascend 32 treacherous vertical mountains, breaking through layers of ice and jumping to higher platforms while avoiding Topis, Nitpickers, and falling icicles. The cooperative mode is a highlight, often turning into a competitive race to the summit where players can help or hinder each other. Reach the bonus stage at the top to collect vegetables and grab the condor for extra points in this beloved arcade classic.
